For this convenience, STRIPE will add the following fees to your payment: The credit card processing fee is 2.9% plus $0.80(USD/CAD) with no max. For US Bank payments (ACH) the fee is 0.8% ($5 cap) plus $2.00 for max fee of $7.00.

2026 Association Dues

At the Annual Meeting, members voted to raise dues to $350 per household property this calendar year with the extra $50 going to build our reserve fund for future road/infrastructure work. Many of you have already paid and we thank you for your promptness.
