In 2025, the Association set its membership dues at $300. After a lengthy discussion at the 2026 Annual Meeting, we voted to raise the dues to $350 and to apply the additional $50 to build our Wahmeda Reserve Fund which is held in an interest bearing account.  Later this summer, the Officers will be reporting back about how much we anticipate needing each year in order to have the funds necessary for additional road and infrastructure work in the coming years.
