Currently, the Association has a little over $12000 in the Reserve Fund. The last major road work of 2025 cost over $18,000. As costs are only going up, we realize the need to build up our Reserve Fund to be prepared for these large projects outside our normal operating budget. Thank you for your generosity in supporting this effort. This Fund is an excellent way to make gifts in memory or in honor of loved ones.
